I've written this tutorial in Psp 9 but it can also be made in Psp 8.

What do we need for this tutorial:

  Tube.
Font Buzz DNA.
Font Algerian.
Plugin Mehdi kaleidoscope 2 when you unzip it it will ask for a password this is mehdi.
Plugin Mock
Brush Annika von Holt.

  *Open a new image 600 x 600 transparent.

  *Choose 2 colours from your tube and make from this 2 colours your gradient with these settings:

*Fill your image with your gradient.

*Make from your tube a pattern with these settings:

*Fill your image with the pattern.

  *Adjust/Blur/Motion Blur with these settings:

  *Effects/Plugins/Mehdi/Kaleidoscope 2 with these settings:

 

*Turn back the opacity of this layer to 80.

*Image/Resize and make the longest side 500 px.

*Layers/New Rater Layer.

*Activate your brush and search for the brush Annika von Holt 9 with these settings:



*Place your brush.

*Move the brush to the right bottem corner.

*Take your deformtool and stretch the  brush so it covers the whole image.

*Your image should be looked something like this:



*Turn back the opacity of this layer back to 90.

*Open your tube and copy it.

*Paste it as a new layer on your 500 x 500 image.

*Image/Resize with 80% Resize all layers unchecked.

*Move your tube to the right place.

*Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Layers/New Raster Layer.  

*Lock your foreground and put white in the background.

  *Type the text with these settings:



You are never

power to make

  *Move your text to a nice place.

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with the same settings as before.

  *Selections/Select None.  

*Turn back the opacity of this layer to 50.

  *Layers/New Raster Layer.

  *Choose 2 colours from your tube.

  *Type your tekst with these settings:

*Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with the same settings as before.

  *Move your text to the right place.

  *Selections/Select none.

  *Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

*Image/Add Borders 4 px with a colour from your tube.

*Select the border with your magic wand.

*Effects/3d effects/Inner Bevel with these settings:



*Image/Add borders 10 px with the colour from your tube.

*Select your border with the magic wand.

*Effects/3d effects/Plugins/Mock/Windo with these settings:



*Image/Add borders 4 px colour white.

*Select the border with your magic wand and fill the border with the colour from your tube.

*Effects/3d effects/Inner bevel with the same settings as before.

  *Selections/Select None.

  *Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

  * Edit/Cope/Past as new image.
Resize your image the longest side to 400 px.
All layers checked.
Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

*Save your image as .jpg and your Finished.
