What do we need for this Tutorial:

Mask.
Tube.
Font.
Gradient.

  *Open the tube and the mask in Psp.

  *Open a new image from 600x600 transparent.

  *Fill the image with the gradient with these settings:

  *Masks/New /From image with these settings:

  *Masks/Delete choose yes when you see the warning.

  *Duplicate this layer.

  *Image/Resize with 80% Resize all layers unchecked:

  Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

  *Image/Rotate/Free rotate with these settings:

  *Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

  *Make sure your tube is 400 px high.
Copy your tube and paste it on your 600 x 600 image.

  *Move your tube to the right and down.

  *Duplicate the tube layer and lock the copy of the tube layer.

  *Make sure the orignal tube layer is the active layer.
Effects/Texture effects/Mosaic Antique with these settings

  *Unlock the copy of the tube layer.
Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Layers/New Raster Layer.

  *Choose 2 colours from your tube and type your text with these settings:

  *Play around with your text the way you would like it.

  *Effects/3d effects/Inner Bevel with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.

  * Edit/Cope/Past as new image.
Resize your image the longest side to 400 px.
All layers checked.

*Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

*Save your work as .jpg and your Tag is ready.
