*Open your tube.

  *Open a new image 600*600 transparent.

  *Choose 2 colours from your tube a dark colour for your background and a light colour for your foreground.

  *Select your Shape tool and choose Rectangle with these settings:

  *Draw a rectangle begin at 30/30 and end at 250/410.

  *Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Layers/New Raster layers.

  *Choose 2 new colours from your tube.

  *Draw a rectangle begin at 200/90 and end at 410/490.

  *Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds with the same settings as before.

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with the same settings as before.

  *Layers/New Raster layer.

  *Choose 2 new colours from your tube.

  *Draw a rectangle with your Shape tool begin at 370/220 and end at 580/580.

  *Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds with the same settings as before..

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with the same settings as before.

  *Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

*Duplicate this layer in your layer pallete.

  *Image/Mirror your image should be looked something like this:

  *Copy your tube and paste it as a new layer on your 600*600 image.

  *Move your tube down and to the right.

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Layers/New Raster layer.

*Choose 2 colours make sure that you can see the colours on your background.

  *Type your text with these settings:

  *You can play around with your text until you like it.

  *Effects/3d effects/Inner bevel with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with the same settings as before.

  *Selections/Select None.

  *Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.

  *Edit/Copy/Paste as a new image.
Resize the image the longest side to 400 px.
All Layers Checked.
Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

*Save your image as .jpg and your Finished.
