Open a new image 700 x 700.
Open your tube and copy it.
Paste it as a new layer on your 700 x700 image.
Duplicate this layer.
Make sure that the original tube layer is the active layer.
Effects/Plugins/ Xenofex/Shower with these settings.
Turn of the visibility of the copy of the tube layer make sure the
original tube layer is the active one.
Take then your distortion tool and click in your image.
Push the ctrl button one of the upper points a little bit to the oudside.
Pull afterwards the upper part further up
Click Apply and turn on the visibility of the copy of your tube layer.
Move the tube to a place you like.
Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:
Your image should be looked something like this.
Layer/New Raster layer this is your text layer.
Choose 2 nice colours from your tube.
I choose for this settings but you may choose other settings.
Effects/3d-effects/Inner Bevel with these settings.
Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with the same settings as before.
Move your text to a nice place.
Selections/Select None.
Layers/Merge/Merge visible.
*Edit/Copy/Paste as a new image.
Resize the image the longest side to 400 px.
All Layers Checked.
Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.
