This
Tutorial is written in Psp 9 but can also be made in Psp 8 and Psp 7.

*Open a new image 500 x 500 transparent.
*Make black your foreground colour and lock your background.
*Select your Shape tool and search for this Shape with these settings:
*Draw your Shape begin at 20-20
and end at 480-480.
*Go to your layer pallete en promote your vector layer to a layer.
*Your image should be looked something like this:
*Click with your magic wand at the place where the number 1 is.
*Selections/Modify/Expand 1 px.
*Choose a colour from your tube and fil the selection with this colour.
*Effects/Plugins/Texture/Texturizer with these settings:
*Selections/Select None.
*Click with your magic wand at the place where the number 2 is.
*Selections/Modify/Expand 1 px
*Choose a colour from your tube and fil the selection with this colour.
*Effects/Plugins/Texture/Texturizer with the same settings as before.
*Selections/Select None.
*Click with your magic wand at the place where the number 3 is.
*Image/Canvas size with these settings:
*Selections/Modify/Expand 1 px.
*Choose a colour from your tube and fil the selection with this colour.
*Effects/Plugins/Texture/Texturizer with the same settings as before.
*Selections/Select None.
*Now
you have 1 small peace left select it with your magic wand.
*Selections/Modify/Expand 1 px.
*Choose a colour from your tube and fil the selection with this colour.
*Effects/Plugins/Texture/Texturizer with the same settings as before.
*Selections/Select None.
*Click Ctrl c then click Ctrl v.
*Copy your tube and paste it as a new layer on your image.
*Duplicate this layer.
*Make sure the original tube layer is the active one.
*Effects/Plugins/Dsb Flux/Blast with these settings:
*Effects/Plugins/Dsb Flux/Blast with the same settings as before but put
the direction at Right.
*Effects/Plugins/Dsb Flux/Blast with the same settings as before but put
thedirection at Upwards.
*Effects/Plugins//Dsb Flux/Blast with the same settings as before but
put the direction at Downwards.
*Make the copy of the tube layer the active layer.
*Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:
*Layers/Merge/Merge visible.
*Image/Add borders 5 px with the colour #52596d.
*Select the border with your magic wand.
*Effects/3d effects/Inner Bevel with these settings
*Selections/Select None.
*Layers/New Raster Layer.
*Type your text with these settings put the direction at verticale and
left kerning at –248.
*Effects/3d effects/Inner Bevel with the same settings as before.
*Effects/3d effects/Drop Shadow with the same settings as before.
*Make a layer from your selection.
*Selections/Select None.
*Duplicate this layer in your layer pallet.
*Make sure the original text layer is your active layer.
*Effecten/Insteekfilters/Dsb Flux/Blast met de volgende instellingen:
*Effects/Plugins/Dsb Flux/Blast with the same settings as before but put
the direction at Right.
*Effects/Plugins/Dsb Flux/Blast with the same settings as before but put
the direction at Upwards.
*Effects/Plugins//Dsb Flux/Blast with the same settings as before but
put the direction at Downwards.
*Layers/Merge/Merge
visible.
*Image/Resize and make
the longest side 400 px.
Make sure that Resize all layer is checked.

*Save your work as .jpg and your nametag is ready.
