What do we need fot this Tutorial:

Tube.
Font.
Preset Shape unzip in your shapes map.
Dsb Flux
Gradient.

  *Open a new image 600x600.

  *Put your background to a dark color from your tube and your foreground to the gradient.
With these settings:

  *Select your Preset Shape tool and choose Flower 4 with these settings:

  *Draw your flower begin at 50,50 and end at 550, 550.

  *Duplicate this layer.

  *Image/Rotate with these settings:

  *Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

*Image/Canvas size with these settings:

  *Effects/Plugins/Dsb Flux/Gears with these settings:

  *Effecten/Geometric effects/Curlicues with these settings:

  *Resize your tube to 450 px high and copy your tube.

  *Past your tube as a new layer on your 600x600 image.

*Move your tube to a nice place..

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Layers/New Raster Layer this is your textlayer.

  *Set your foreground to a light color from your tube and your background to a dark color.

  *Typ your text with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/Inner Bevel with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with the same settings as before.

  *Selections/Select None.

  *Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

  *Edit/Cope/Past as new image.
Resize your image the longest side to 400 px.
All layers checked.
Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

*Save your image as .jpg and your Finished.
