Plugin Texturizer.

  *Open your image, mask and  tube in psp.

  *Open a new image 600x600 transparent.

  *Selections/Select All.

  *Activate your image and copy it.

  *Go back to your 600x600 image and paste the image into the selection.

  *Effects/Artistic effects/Aged Newspaper with these settings:

  *Effects/Plugins/Texture/Texturizer with these settings:

  *Activate your mask Mask/New/From image with these settings:

  *Mask/Delete and click yes when you see the warning.

  *Activate your tube and copy it.

  *Paste it as a new layer on your 600x600 image.

  *Image/Mirror and move the tube down and to the right.

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Layers/New Raster Layer this is your text layer.

  *Choose 2 colours from your image.

  *Type your text with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/Inner Bevel with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with the same settings as before.

*Selections/Select None.

*Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

  *Image/Resize and make the longest side 400 px long.
Make sure that Resize all layers is checked.

*Save  your work as .jpg and your nametag is ready.
