This Tutorial is written in Psp 9 but can also be made in Psp 7 & 8.

What do we need for this tutorial:

Tube.
Mask.
Toadies.
Font

  *Open a new image 500 x 500 transparent.

  *Choose a dark colour Pink from your tube and make it  your background.

  *Fill your image with this colour.

  *Layers/Load~Save Mask/Load Mask from the disk and search for Borderhearts with these settings:

  *Layers/Merge/Merge Group.

  *Move the heart to the middle of your image with your mover tool.

  *Duplicate this layer.

  *Make sure the original heart layer is the active.

  *Effects/Plugins/Toadies/Blast’n Blur with these settings:

  *Make sure the copy layer of the heart is active.

  *Effects/3d effects/Inner Bevel with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/DropShadow with these settings:

  *Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

  *Open your tube and copy it.

  *Paste it as a new layer on your 500 x 500 image.

  *Move it to the left and down.

  *Effects/3d effects/DropShadow with the same settings as before.

  *Layers/New Raster Layer.

  *Choose a dark colour Pink from your tube and make it your background.

  *Type the text Be My Valentine with these settings:

  *Move the text to a nice place.

  *Effects/3d effects/DropShadow with these settings:

  *Selections/Select None.

  *Layers/New Raster Layer.

  *Type your name with the same settings as before.

  *Move your name to a nice place.

  *Effects/3d effects/DropShadow with the same settings as before.

  *Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

  *Image/Resize longest side 400 px All layers checked.

  *Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

  *Put your watermark in your work.

  *Save your work as .jpg or .gif and your tag is ready.
