This Tutorial is written in Psp 9 but can also be made in Psp 8.

  What do we need for this Tutorial.

Font

  *Open your image copy it and close the original.

  *Layers/Load-Save Mask/Load Mask from disk with these settings:

  *Layers/Merge/Merge Group.

  *Duplicate this Layer in your layer pallete.

*Make sure that the original layer is the active one and lock the copy layer.

*Effects/Distortion Effect/Curlicues with these settings:

*Duplicate this layer.

*Image/Mirror.

*Image/Flip.

*Layers/Merge/Merge visible layers.

*Turn back the opacity of this layer to 70.

*Layers/New Raster Layer.

*Pull this layer down in you layer pallete so it is the bottem layer.

*Choose 2 light colours from your image and make from this colours your gradient.

*Fill the layer with your gradient standard settings.

*Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

  *Open your tube and copy it.

  *Image/Resize with 75% Resize all layers unchecked.

*Move your tube to the right and down.

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Layers/New Raster Layer.

  *Choose 2 colours from your tube.

  *Type your text with these settings:

  *Move your text to the right place.

  *Effects/3d effects/Inner bevel with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with the same settings as before.

  *Selections/Select None.

  *Layers/Merge/Merge visible.

  *Image/Resize longest side 400 px All layers checked.

  *Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

  *Put your watermark in your work.

  *Save your work as .jpg or .gif and your tag is ready.
