This Tutorial is written in Psp 9 but you can also make it in Psp 7 & 8.

  What do we need for this Tutorial:

Mask place the mask in your folder masks in Psp
Font

  *Open your image 1x shift D and close the original.

  *Make your image 400 px high.

  *Layers/Load-Save mask/Load Mask from disk with these settings:

  *Layers/Merge/Merge group.

  *Open a new image 500 x 500.

  *Copy your image and paste it as a new layer on your 500 x 500 image.

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Turn back the opacity of this layer to 70%.

  *Open your tube and copy it.

  *Paste it as a new layer on your  500 x 500 image.

  *Image/Resize with 60% Resize all layers unchecked.

  *Move your tube down and to the left.

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Layers/New Raster Layer.

  *Choose 2 nice colours from your tube.

  *Type your text with these settings:

  *Image/Rotate/Free Rotate with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/Inner Bevel with these settings:

  *Effects/3d effects/Dropshadow with these settings:

  *Move your text to a nice place.

  *Selections/Select None.

  *Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.

  *Image/Resize longest side 400 px All layers checked.

  *Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

  *Put your watermark in your work.

  *Save your work as .jpg or .gif and your tag is ready.
